Waiver

I, [client], acknowledge that participating in physical activities involves risks, but I choose to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for my health and safety. I confirm that I am in good health and have no conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in these activities. I release FT Strength and its staff from any claims or liabilities related to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical attention and accept financial responsibility for any related costs. I have read and agree to the terms of this waiver.
